G1PS General Assembly Was Held
A new chairperson and Council were elected at the biennial assembly post description.

At the G1PS assembly, the organization’s bylaws were updated, and a new board and president were elected.
Emilis Starodubov was elected as the new president for a two-year term. For nearly three years, he has been responsible for the organization’s communications, and for the past year and a half, he has coordinated a team of volunteer labor law consultants.
An important part of G1PS’s work is achieving tangible results. Decisions by labor dispute commissions, collective bargaining agreements, and successfully defended employee rights are significant achievements, but the long-term impact is no less important. Every employee who refuses to sign an unjustified voluntary resignation, every participation in a protest, and every successful intervention to stop inappropriate employer behavior contributes to the creation of a stronger and fairer work environment.
The organization’s growth and activity are reflected in a multitude of initiatives that must be prioritized. During the new term, we plan to continue our most important work: representing the interests of platform workers in the implementation of the European Union directive and striving for fair collective bargaining agreements across the organization’s branches. New opportunities in the field of employee education also lie ahead—G1PS has won an “Erasmus+” project dedicated to adult education.
