Every two years, the General Assembly elects the organisation's Council and the Chairperson.

From the General Assembly of 2024, the Council shall be composed of representatives of each division (with ten or more members), a representative of the labour consultants and the Chairperson.

The Council assigns paid positions, approves requests for support from members, accepts new members, handles communication and other key issues of the organisation. The Council meetings are held quarterly and are open to all members. In addition to participating in the activities of the Council, the Chairperson coordinates the overall activities of the union and represents the organisation in public.

EMPLOYEES

Since 2023, G1PS employs members with key responsibilities. There are currently four half-time positions and one sole practitioner lawyer. Staff quotas, duties and salaries are set by the G1PS Council.
