COUNCIL
Every two years, the organization’s board and chairperson are elected at the general meeting of members. The board elected at the 2026 general meeting consists of representatives from branches (with ten or more members), a representative of labor law consultants, and the chairperson.
The board assigns paid tasks, approves members’ requests for support, admits new members, oversees communication, and addresses other key organizational matters. Board meetings are held once a quarter and are open to all members. In addition to participating in the Council’s activities, the Chair also coordinates the overall activities of the labor union and represents the organization in public.

EMPLOYEES
Since 2023, G1PS employs members with key responsibilities. We currently employ two part-time positions and two on-demand specialists. Staff quotas, duties and salaries are set by the G1PS Council.
